At Restoration Biblical Counseling, we begin every introductory session by reading the powerful prophecy about Jesus found in Isaiah 61:1

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners…”

This passage reminds us that biblical counseling is not about quick fixes or surface solutions—it’s about pointing people to the only true Healer: Jesus Christ.

We view counseling as a gracious tool God uses to help us examine our hearts, renew our minds, and walk in obedience to His Word. But at the core of every session is the truth that only Jesus can bring full healing, freedom, and restoration—not just temporarily, but eternally.

Our desire is to walk alongside you with compassion and truth, always keeping Christ at the center, and trusting Him to do what only He can do.
